This website is a third-party marketing website. We do not perform tree work ourselves. Requests sent through this site are passed to one or more independent local tree service contractors so they can contact you with a quote.
When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and the service and timing you selected. When you call, we receive your phone number. Calls are routed through a call-tracking service, and calls and voicemails may be recorded.
As with most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
We use your information to respond to your request and to share it with a local tree service contractor, who may contact you by phone, text or email about the job you asked about. We also use call and form records to check that requests are genuine and to improve the site.
We share your request only with tree service contractors who may do the work, and we may be paid for doing so. We do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
You can ask us to delete the information you sent and to tell the contractor to stop contacting you. Call 803-267-5527 and leave a message telling us what you’d like done.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
